Staying healthy requires common sense and logic. Exercise, eating right, stop smoking, sleep right, reduce stress, take care of your teeth, and have a good attitude are just a few things that can provide health in your life. Follow the advice of your doctor and lose a few pounds if you are overweight.

It is, however, meant to bring this truth to your awareness and encourage you to seek ways to restore balance to your body so it can do what it does best - heal itself.

The thing about the human body is that it needs to be used in order to survive well. Same goes for your brain! So, it's what we do when we retire that determines the quality of our life and the degree of good health that we can enjoy. Heart disease can begin in childhood. The best is to start prevention by practicing healthy living from young, and the best place to begin is at home.

Keep your weight in a healthy range. Being obese or overweight is hard on your heart. The larger your body the more blood flow you need. Your heart enlarges to compensate for weight and this leads to heart diseases and issues.

Now, with the expansion of wireless internet, adopting healthy living habits has become much easier for multiple reasons. First, if you cannot find friends in your area to get healthy with, you can turn online. Chances are that there are other people out there who are in the same position. Maybe you can get an old friend on Facebook to join you, as you each pledge to eat better. If you are really serious, you might even start a group or a special page to keep everyone committed to healthy eating. This is also an ideal forum for sharing tips and strategies that can help you stick Healthy living advice to your diet.

No. 10: Remind yourself that worry, anxiety and stress are often coming from your mind which is thinking about past incidences or future dramas. 99% of these thoughts are fabricated in your mind and never ever, ever come true - flick that switch inside your head and stay here, now, present!
